The 9th Symposium on Theoretical Biophysics (TheoBio2023) welcomes you to Cetraro. The event will be from the 16th July to the 20th July 2023.
The meeting follows the previous ones held in Donostia 2017, Cagliari 2015, Götheborg 2013, Madeira 2011, Roscoff 2009, Cetraro 2007, Orebro 2005, Donostia 2003.
As in its tradition, the symposium:
-will provide the state of the art in theoretical biophysics though seminars given by leading senior
theoreticians and similarly by experimentalists;
-is directed towards researchers in the fields of theoretical biochemistry and biophysics, in the beginning of their careers (senior PhD students, Postdoctoral fellows, and Junior researchers);
-encourage a better interaction between theory and experiment;
-aims to enable ample discussion and contacts to be made between the participants.
Contributions in all areas of method development and applications in theoretical biochemistry and
biophysics are welcome. Young researchers and advanced graduate students are particularly welcome to
actively participate, either by presenting a poster or giving a talk.
